How
does the shipping work? |
All
Cakes are boxed individually and are usually shipped the same day
that the order is received. Primarily we use Priority Mail (2-3
days) unless otherwise specified. Please add $25.00 for Express Mail
(overnight).
Please note:
Our Cheesecakes are a frozen product. We special pack them in a
frozen polar pack for next day shipping. If Cheesecake is thawed
upon arrival it is NOT spoiled. Just refrigerate or re-freeze. These
cakes have a shelf life of 1 week refrigerated and 1 year in
the freezer
(they shouldn't last that long once you taste them)! |

What types of
payment do you accept? |
| We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Charges are applied when
shipped. Personal check items shipped after clearance. |

How to place
my order? |
| Once you have
chosen your product, you can order directly via our secure shopping
cart system. Your product will appear in the shopping cart. If you
wish to select more products, click the 'Continue Shopping' button
to go back to the site for more selections. When you are done
selecting your products, please click the 'Checkout' button. |

How to modify
the contents of the shopping cart? |
| If you
wish to modify the quantity of your products, please change the
number in the quantity box and click 'Update'. This will change the
product quantity. If you wish to delete the product you have
selected in your cart, you have either of the following options:
modify the product quantity to '0' (zero) and click update, or click
'Empty Cart' if you want all the contents emptied. |

Check out? |
| When
you are finished with this step, you can check out. Our automated
system will lead you through the checkout process, page by page.
Please fill out the sender information, recipient information,
select the delivery date of your item and type in any message you
wish to attach, in the box provided for personalized messages. After
this step, you will be led to the next secure process where you will
fill out information regarding your payment. You can either choose
to enter credit card information or you call in your credit card
details as soon as you place the order. Our able staff will be happy
to assist you as always. When you finish with the checkout process,
our system will generate an order tracking or reference number for
you which will also be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you
provide. |
